How to Relieve Stress

Everyone has stress, even people who seem perfect. They have the stress of finding what to wear, understanding new things, meeting deadlines and just everyday life. I know I have stress all the time. It sucks! Good ways to deal with stress are using a stress ball or maybe punching a pillow. What ever way fits you best and relieves your stress, go for it. Trust me, it'll help you a lot!
